The Stop Smoking Clinic of America, Inc. will be happy to give you a
free evaluation. If you fill out the evaluation form, we will get back to you by
whatever method you choose. We of course would like to talk to you on the phone.
Cecelia, being a little older, would prefer the telephone but we will do
whatever makes you comfortable. At the evaluation, we will be able to tell you
the reasons that you smoke and more about the program. We will also be able to
answer all your questions. Hopefully will sign you up ether for classes or our
